A: January 28th in LAKEVIEW OR. There is a hearing for contempt charges on Monday 12/16/13 for repeatedly leaving the state. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Berglunds are trying to settle on 1/17/14 before the trial. There are allegations of Berglund drinking and/or in bars which he is not allowed to do according to his release agreement.
