Man gets reduced sentence for rape, murder of sister

A South Florida judge has reduced the sentence for a man convicted of raping and murdering his 11-year-old sister when he was just 14. A Miami-Dade judge changed the now-24-year-old man's sentence Friday from life in prison to 40 years. He will be eligible for parole after 25 years behind bars.
